Associate
DescriptionThe role of an associate will be that of a key member/project leader in the deal process. In addition, the professional is expected to actively contribute to the development of the firm and focus on generating long-term impact at Favour Capital.
Responsibility- Support and participate actively in the entire process of capital raising and M&A deals- Co-managing, supporting, and mentoring the project team- Conducting industry & company research and analysis- Preparation of materials for internal and external meetings (pitchbooks, presentation materials, teasers, etc.)- Developing financial models, valuation (DCF, sensitivity analysis, comparable), and due diligence work- Developing existing business relationships and building new meaningful ones
Qualification- Bachelor's degree from a top university, Master's/MBA degree is highly preferred- Self-driven, altruism, enthusiasm, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills- Personal integrity, initiative, and leadership qualities- Robust financial and analytical skill set- Strong quantitative and technical abilities- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills- Excellent command of English and a native Mother Tongue language, additional languages are highly preferred- Familiar with the TMT industry and venture capital ecosystem- Minimum of 3 years experience in investment banking, PE/VC/CVC, big four, and management consulting is required

DescriptionAt the Vice President position, the main duties include leadership and mentorship role with deal sourcing and management responsibilities on top of active contribution to the development of the firm and long-term impact generation at Favour Capital.

- Involvement in strategic planning with senior management team- Managing, supporting, and mentoring the project team- Overseeing industry & company research and analysis- Lead the preparation of materials for internal and external meetings (pitchbooks, presentation materials, teasers, etc.)- Developing financial models, valuation (DCF, sensitivity analysis, comparable), and due diligence work- Developing business relationships and key decision-makers
