  • As an Elite at Favour Capital, you will have opportunities to work in a challenging and dynamic environment with exposure to various emerging Asian markets, corporate finance deals and primary market fundraising in industries such as TMT, consumer, healthcare, and more.
  • Qualification
  • Currently graduated in 2025 or graduating in 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top university
  • Able to work offline for 3-5 days per week
  • Robust financial and analytical skillset with strong quantitative and technical abilities
  • Strong multi-tasking & time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & strong command of professional English
  • Internship experience in investment banking, PE/VC/CVC, Big Four, and management consulting are highly preferred
  • Workscopes
  • Exposure to primary market fundraising deals across TMT, consumer, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing sectors
  • Assist in conducting industry and company research and analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for internal and external meetings (e.g. pitchbooks, presentation materials, teasers, etc)
  • Assist in developing financial models, valuation (e.g. DCF, sensitivity analysis, comparable), and due diligence work
